The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various types of driving, including tractor-trailer, flatbed. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. A strong commitment to safety and customer service is essential. You may call James at 304-922-0287 or email if interested Duties Operate commercial vehicles, local designated runs, Monday through Friday Evening shift Ensure that all cargo is secured properly. Navigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining compliance with all road regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and mileage. Communicate effectively with team members and owner. Experience Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Experience with box trailers. Previous driver experience necessary with two years experience and a clean driving record a must. Candidates should possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and demonstrate a strong work ethic along with a commitment to safety on the road.
