Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Electricians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, contributing to the success of our clients' facilities. Duties Install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial buildings following blueprints, schematics, and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute electrical installations Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete wiring tasks and system setups Work with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations Test electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues and verify proper operation Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects, framing carpentry, and general construction activities as needed Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted to ensure project accountability Skills Proven experience as a commercial electrician with knowledge of industrial electrician practices preferred Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics for automation systems Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Familiarity with NEC regulations, low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, and safety protocols Proficient in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers alongside power tools for installation tasks Experience working on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects and general construction environments Ability to operate ohmmeters and other testing devices confidently for troubleshooting purposes Handyman experience or frame carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance Join us to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation. $27.35 - $32.94 per hour
