What You Will Be Doing You will hold executive responsibility for project margins, scheduling compliance, and regulatory engineering alignment across commercial and federal job sites:Strategic Project Startup:
Direct all initial mobilization phases, including municipal permit submissions, subcontractor letters of intent (LOIs), and prime contract executions to ensure a flawless transition to the field.Master Schedule Architecture:
Develop, monitor, and optimize comprehensive critical path method (CPM) master schedules and granular weekly outlook reports to keep clients and field teams perfectly aligned.Rigorous Cost Control:
Execute aggressive budget maintenance, cost tracking, and variance controls to protect project margins and guarantee maximum bottom-line profitability.Change Order Management:
Coordinate and process change orders by aggressively soliciting competitive pricing and presenting strategic, high-value solutions to project owners.High-Level Stakeholder Alignment:
Lead critical progress meetings with subcontractors, design architects, engineering consultants, and federal representatives to resolve technical conflicts in real time.Risk & Quality Auditing:
Evaluate construction methods and conduct site safety audits to proactively mitigate project risks, eliminate staging delays, and enforce elite quality benchmarks. What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)Management Tenure:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading commercial, industrial, or civil construction developments as a Project Manager.Fiscal Literacy:
Proven expertise tracking extensive project budgets, monitoring job costs, and delivering accurate financial reporting.Workforce Leadership:
Demonstrated capability to command and coordinate diverse field teams, including on-site Superintendents, vendors, and Project Coordinators.Technical Software Fluency:
High-level proficiency utilizing ProCore (or equivalent project management software), Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Plan Interpretation:
Elite capability reading blueprints, cross-referencing multi-discipline schematics, and translating complex architectural and engineering specifications.Preferred Technical Background:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Proven experience navigating the specific regulatory, safety (EM 385-1-1), and reporting documentation required by government and federal contracts. Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam Revu for digital takeoffs, document markups, and drawing management.
