Commercial Glass Estimator Requirements:

5+ years experience within commercials sales, estimating and project management experience required Knowledge of Smartsheet/spreadsheets and QuickBooks preferred

Position Offers:

Commercial Glass Estimator Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing plans and specs, performing takeoffs, pricing materials, labor, and subcontractors, communicating with clients, following up on bids, and helping close projects while maintaining strong customer service throughout Duties include working with general contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, contract-compliant, and fully billed Additional responsibilities include plan review, material takeoffs, estimating, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, procurement, installation scheduling, change orders, cost tracking, and AIA billing Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
