Position Overview We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with installation and fabrication of commercial glazing systems, including hurricane impact systems and interior office partitions. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites while following safety standards. Key Responsibilities Install and fabricate various hurricane impact-rated systems such as storefronts and curtain walls Install interior glazing systems , including office fronts, glass partitions, and demountable walls Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform installations and assemblies Interpret and work from blueprints and technical schematics Safely lift and maneuver large glass panels and materials as needed Apply commercial adhesives and caulking with precision and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant job site at all times Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to meet project deadlines Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial glazing Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety regulations Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding of glazing system layouts Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods Experience with glass installation and fabrication in a commercial setting Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Knowledge of fabrication processes in a shop environment is a plus Why Join Performance Glass?
