• Marshalltown, IA Looking for qualified applicants for office cleaning in Marshalltown 3 days/week, approx.

1.5 hours each evening, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, start time after 7:00 pm. Pay is $17/hr. We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits Deliver excellent customer service Vacuuming Dusting Mopping floors Trash Removal Bathroom cleaning Check stocking levels of all consumable products Skills Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Helpful with customer service orientation Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Knowledge of English language Summary As a Commercial Housekeeper in Marshalltown, IA, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in commercial spaces through your core skills in cleaning, janitorial and custodial experience, floor care, and commercial cleaning.
