• Installing and assembling commercial HVAC systems
• Running and installing ductwork, including sheet metal and flex
• Supporting equipment setting, hangers, and system layout
• Working at heights using proper fall protection and harnesses
• Following all school-site safety protocols and guidelines
• Completing work according to mechanical drawings, specs, and project standards Requirements for HVAC Mechanics
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Skilled in ductwork installation, system layout, and mechanical support
• Must be able to work safely at heights with fall protection
• Must pass all FBI/BCI background checks (required for school projects)
• Must provide hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must have reliable transportation to Olmsted, OH
