Core Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Diagnose system failures and recommend solutions Service split systems, package units, and chillers Respond to emergency service calls Complete service documentation and reporting Utilize smart devices and Microsoft Office tools for reporting/service management Maintain strong client relationships and customer communication Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures Provide technical support and expertise to customers and team members

Must-Haves:

5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Experience in troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems independently Chiller experience strongly preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license Strong customer-facing communication skills Comfortable using tablets/smart devices and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently in the field Stable work history preferred

Nice-to-Haves:
