Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations, workload, and overall team performance Ensure productivity, quality control, and adherence to safety standards Manage KPIs, staffing levels, scheduling, and overtime Serve as escalation point for customer issues and operational challenges Recruit, hire, train, and develop C&I team members Conduct performance management, coaching, and annual reviews Partner with leadership to improve processes and control costs Manage routing efficiency, equipment utilization, and inventory Support safety compliance, job hazard analysis, and incident reporting Build a strong, engaged team culture and represent the Culligan brand locally Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in service, delivery, or related operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple functions or teams preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office
