Job Description

Job Description This position is responsible for assisting in the management of deposit, lending and trust relationships with affluent clients and supporting commercial bank officers. The primary responsibilities include assisting with new and existing client needs including opening new accounts, loan requests and loan closing preparation, and other client inquiries and requests. Additional responsibilities include wire origination, loan advances and pay downs, exception monitoring and clearance and various other tasks as needed. Compliance with current regulations and policies is required. This role also has a high interaction with clientele and requires strong interpersonal skills.
Position Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates will possess 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a banking environment
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Candidates must be analytical and detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage a demanding workload
  • This role will utilize multiple internal or proprietary systems and platforms
  • Candidates must be able to learn new systems quickly, while also demonstrating proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • A Bachelor's degree and/ or experience in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking or Deposit Origination is preferred.
