USESI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lighting Estimator. This position will be located in Landover, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall execution of the project bidding phase Extensive and effective collaboration and coordination with the Client, Client's Design Team, Sales, and Project Managers Analyze and evaluate architectural drawings Identify and RFI discrepancies in specifications and drawings Request pricing and lead times through vendors Produce comprehensive lighting quotations Produce submittal packages Collaborate with the sales team on all proposals

Qualifications and Skills:

Lighting Estimating/ Quotations experience required Proven ability to build successful internal and external relationships A strong aptitude and appreciation for the detail required Experience reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Positive customer service skills Positive attitude
