Commercial Litigation Associate

Our firm prides itself on collegiality, collaboration, and high-quality advocacy. We are currently seeking a seasoned and personable Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team and grow with us. Position Overview The ideal candidate will bring at least 13 years of experience in all phases of corporate commercial litigation and enjoy working in a supportive, team-driven environment. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues on complex and engaging matters. Strong writing, research, and communication skills are essential. Candidates for this role must possess substantial trial experience. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and manage all phases of discovery. Qualifications Minimum of 13 years of experience in corporate commercial litigation. Admission to both the New York and New Jersey bars. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach to practice. Deposition experience. Trial experience.
