• Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Pittsburgh, PA office for a Commercial Litigation Attorney, to work with innovative clients in emerging, regulated, and fast-paced industries.

This position entails managing all phases of complex litigation and includes constant client interaction. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with 8+ years of experience; first-chair trial experience or appellate work in their backgrounds; tort litigation exposure; and the ability to supervise, direct, and coordinate teams of attorneys. Superior academic record and excellent writing skills are required. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.

• Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• + This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
