Job Description

First Piedmont has an opening for a Commercial Loan Assistant/Closer. Commercial lending knowledge, knowledge of real estate closings, and banking knowledge preferred. Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Ordering appraisal, flood determinations, and verifying insurance. 2. Reviewing corporate documentation for proper signing authority 3. Ordering and reviewing real estate title opinions. 4. Preparing loan closing documents. 5. Clearing loan for scheduled closing 6. Filing UCCs and/or collateral title.
