FM Bank is seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Loan Processor to support our Commercial Lending team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and values accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle. What You'll Do As a Commercial Loan Processor, you will play a key role in supporting loan officers and ensuring a smooth, efficient lending process from application through post-closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate loan closings by partnering with third parties such as title companies, attorneys, insurance providers, and appraisers Serve as a direct point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person Review loan applications, disclosures, and documentation for accuracy and completeness Prepare loan documents and related materials Research client accounts and respond to internal and external inquiries Process loan notices and correspondence Prepare Letters of Credit, including coordination with third parties Verify paid loans and process collateral releases Prepare and fund advances on lines of credit Provide ongoing customer service support to commercial clients Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience or working knowledge of commercial loans preferred Familiarity with LaserPro software is a plus
