3 years of experience in commercial pipefitting Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, cast iron, copper, and Victaulic connections Experience with gas piping a plus, but not required Knowledge of piping for split systems, VRV / VRF a plus, but not required

Skills Required:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings in commercial and industrial structures Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, supports, and related mechanical systems from 20" to ¼" diameter Follow building plans and blueprints Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the pipefitting trade Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine pipe layouts Utilize hand and power tools to cut, thread, and assemble piping systems Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure project completion Maintain a safe and organized work environment Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and coordinate tasks
