Commercial Property Manager - Retail Center

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of retail shopping center located in the Katy area. The ideal candidate will have strong tenant relations skills, experience managing commercial leases, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, vendors, and property operations in a professional and efficient manner. This position requires a motivated individual who can work independently, maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors, and ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of retail shopping center properties Maintain positive relationships with tenants and respond to tenant requests in a timely manner Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are clean, safe, and well maintained Administer lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and tenant correspondence Monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts Assist with CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and expense tracking Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnovers Obtain bids and oversee contractors for property projects and repairs Maintain accurate tenant, vendor, and property records Work closely with ownership regarding property operations and reporting Approve vendor invoices for payment and include back-up as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial property management experience preferred Experience managing retail shopping center properties Knowledge of commercial leases, CAM charges, and tenant relations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
