Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

I'm looking to fill a great role at a boutique, Commercial Real Estate firm. This position is for a Paralegal/Project Manager and will provide legal and administrative support to a great team. They are open to a remote candidate with the right skill set, but they will need to have experience at California firms.

Qualified Background:

Provide support in connection with closing processes, including preparing and coordinating execution of signature pages, and reviewing and auditing executed signature pages upon execution Manage timelines and deliverables from inception to closing using Firm project management software Allocate tasks across the team as needed and communicate with clients Prepare initial drafts of legal agreements Coordinate with lenders, title companies and other third parties Conduct title searches Maintain closing binders
