We are currently hiring superintendents with tenant improvement experience as well as fast paced remodel experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Contribute to the development of a construction plan and manage subcontractor activities Assure construction compliance with design requirements Ensure work is performed to applicable quality control standards Advise management of potential problems, work interference or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts Maintain a continuous correspondence with subcontractors, building departments, owner vendors and materials suppliers so that necessary materials are in production, of correct type, and are expected on site as required per the current schedule. Provide photos, T&M tickets & daily reports to project manager Some trades may be performed in house on smaller scales. Typically demo, patching, painting, fixtures installs, trench pour back, etc Night work may be required pending which program you fit best Travel can either be provided or expense reimbursed

Requirements:

Able & willing to travel as most projects will require, projects are nationwide Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficient with smart phone photos & emailing Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
