This role blends sales, estimating, and project management to ensure profitable execution and long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation Build and maintain strong customer relationships from initial contact through project completion Conduct sales calls, prepare proposals, and manage client accounts Meet or exceed division targets for proposals and close ratios Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations Estimating & Preconstruction Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals Participate in pre-construction planning, budgeting, and project scoping Utilize takeoff and estimating software to develop project costs Project Management & Execution Manage projects from sale through completion, including financial oversight Review contracts, manage change orders, and track project profitability Support field teams and installers to ensure successful execution Identify and resolve on-site issues as they arise
Qualifications Required:
3-5+ years of experience in Sales, Estimating, or Project Management Strong mathematical and financial acumen (costing, revenue tracking) Experience with estimating tools (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a results-driven ("go-getter") mentality Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred:
Experience in construction trades (framing, insulation, fireproofing, waterproofing, sealants, etc.) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Safety-sensitive position Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Work performed on job sites with physical activity including climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods Schedule Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match PTO + Paid Holidays Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Life & Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Bonus Wellness Programs
