Schedule:

Full‑time, year‑round work We are a growing commercial roofing contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects Plan daily work activities and assign tasks Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA requirements Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders Communicate clearly with project managers and clients Train and mentor crew members Inspect completed work and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands‑on commercial roofing experience Proven experience as a foreman or crew leader Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified, metal, etc.) Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews Reliable transportation and valid driver's license OSHA 10 or 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
