Commercial Roofing Service Manager Triumph Roofing Inc. - Baldwinville, MA Full-Time | On-Site | Commercial Roofing About Triumph Roofing Triumph Roofing is a fast-growing commercial roofing contractor serving New England with a reputation for quality workmanship, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strong leader to build and grow our commercial roofing service division. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced service professional to take ownership of a division with significant growth potential and help shape its long-term direction and success. Position Summary The Commercial Roofing Service Manager will lead the development, growth, and day-to-day operations of Triumph Roofing's service division. This role is ideal for a driven leader who is excited by the opportunity to build processes, develop systems, grow revenue, and create a scalable service operation from the ground up. This position is not stepping into a fully developed department — we are looking for someone who can help create and execute the vision for what the service division will become. The ideal candidate will have strong service management experience, leadership ability, and a growth-oriented mindset. Commercial roofing experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with exceptional service leadership experience from related industries will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the commercial roofing service division Develop operational processes, systems, and workflows Build relationships with customers and drive recurring service revenue Oversee service scheduling, dispatching, and technician coordination Manage service sales opportunities, proposals, and customer follow-up Develop and monitor division KPIs and financial performance Recruit, train, and manage service personnel Work closely with company leadership on strategic growth initiatives Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness Create scalable systems to support long-term growth Qualifications Service management experience required Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred Proven leadership and team development skills Strong organizational and communication abilities Experience growing or managing service operations preferred Ability to work independently and drive results Sales and customer relationship experience is a plus Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Compensation Base salary commensurate with experience Commission and incentive structure available High growth and earning potential for the right candidate Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Professional growth opportunities Opportunity to build and lead a growing division Leadership role within a growing company Why Join Triumph Roofing?
