Commercial Service Plumber Qualifications:

4 + Years of Service /Commercial Plumbing OR Journeyman's License required Own Hand Tools required Experience with Gas Piping, Cast Iron, Copper Pipping required Troubleshooting/ Repair Exp on Water, Sewer Or Gas Systems required Journeyman License preferred Experience with Multifamily, Industrial, Hospitality (Hotels), or Underground Utility projects preferred

Commercial Service Plumber Responsibilities:

This role involves servicing and repairing commercial plumbing systems across multifamily, industrial, municipal, and hospitality clients Responsibilities include handling service calls, troubleshooting issues, and repairing water, sewer, and gas systems, including cast iron, copper, and PVC piping Additional duties include drain cleaning/jetting, leak detection, backflow systems, water heaters/boilers, and general maintenance Work is performed at commercial customer sites such as offices, restaurants, retail buildings, and multi-unit properties Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
