Commercialization NPL Planner Bristol, PA 05 May 2026 22545569 Summary Bristol, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 6 Months Experience Master's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description ELC Beauty LLC seeks a Commercialization NPL Planner in Bristol, PA.
Job Duties:
Support transition from launch to Basic business supply activities with NPL PM. Project manage, launch of new product from a category plant perspective acting as a bridge between NPL and category supply team. Identify critical path, issues resolution and measure launch metrics. Collaborate with New Product Launch Project Manager to review programs to address manufacturing challenges and remove obstacles to meeting key launch execution milestones. Partners with the NPL PM to project manage the launch programs at a category level in the manufacturing facilities. Single Category and Plant point of contact for the NPL PM. Guide overall product development process (from study concept to realization to project launch). Act as both Single Category and Plant point of contact for the NPL PM. Collaborate with NPL PM to address project challenges and remove obstacles in meeting launch execution milestones. Partner with the NPL PM to project manage the launch programs at a category level in the manufacturing facilities. Maintain all manufacturing specific milestones in the Launch Project Management tool and ensure successful launch execution in the plant. Collaborate with Global MPS Planner as well as Plant Schedulers within the plant to ensure the launch production plots are set up according to the Launch Policy to drive and high OTIF metric. Responsible for the new metric Source Factory Shipment Attainment. Coordinate Launch to Basic business supply activities with NPL PM. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Master Data enrichment requirements in collaboration with the Master Data Stewards at the plant. Collaborate with PDM to ensure that BOM statuses are timely and accurate to facilitate planning, procurement, and on time site execution.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research or a related field or foreign equivalent and 6 months of experience as an Analyst in Supply Chain or a related occupation. Experience must include Working on demand and supply planning projects; Working within SAP high level to extract or compare data ; Using project management tools including Microsoft Project; Working on demand planning processes; and Supporting global demand and supply planning initiatives by analyzing large datasets using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Excel, translating insights into dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports.
