Commercial/Residential Cleaner

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure pristine conditions Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas by using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning results Follow safety protocols related to janitorial practices, chemical handling, and equipment operation to promote a safe work environment Assist with custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Familiarity with floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods is a plus Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling during cleaning routines Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic cooking or laundry skills are a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated Prior experience with custodial or janitorial responsibilities in various settings enhances your candidacy Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service that transforms spaces into pristine environments!
