Job Description

```Duties```
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and assistance to callers, ensuring accurate and timely responses
  • Dispatch messages to appropriate personnel or departments
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, and fax machines
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed ```Qualifications```
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
  • Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus This position requires strong administrative and clerical skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with callers.
The Communications Operator will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, dispatching messages, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent phone etiquette, be proficient in using office equipment, and possess strong organizational skills.
