We're looking for someone who's not just a sales professional but a community champion who believes in the power of care and connection. About the Role As our Community Ambassador, you'll be the face and voice of Right at Home in the community. Making sure the Community knows about Personal Care and the need within the Care Team Structure, and Why to pick Right at Home as your Personal Care Company. You'll engage with local organizations, referral partners, and families to raise awareness about our services and build lasting relationships that support our mission, doing personal visits to sign up for the Right Care, at the Right Time with the Right People. This role is perfect for someone with a background in outreach, community engagement, or sales-especially if you're energized by people and purpose. Key Responsibilities Actively connect with potential clients, families, and referral sources in the community Represent Right at Home at local events, health fairs, and possible networking opportunities Maintain a strong field presence (approx. 75% of your time) Build and nurture a pipeline of at least 40 active referral sources weekly Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and in-person visits Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for families exploring home care options Pre-plans weekly sales activities, create opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintain all sales activity in a Customer Relationship Manager database. What We're Looking For Experience in community outreach, sales, or business development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with a collaborative spirit Deep connection to or knowledge of the local community Flexible availability to respond to inquiries and opportunities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours Ability to pass a Health Department Background check, DMV check, Drug Test What We Offer Competitive salary: $50,000
