Community Codes Enforcement Officer ( 1099 Contractor)

Beech Mountain Lakes is seeking a Part-Time Community Codes Enforcement Officer (CCEO) to support our efforts in maintaining community standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the community for property use, rules, and code violations Document findings and issue notices and citations as necessary Conduct permit inspections and ensure compliance with approvals Perform follow-up reinspection and take enforcement actions when required Maintain accurate records and reports of all inspections and actions

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of community property use codes, association rules, general building codes, local township ordinances, and permit requirements Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
