POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Community & Creator Relations Manager to lead and evolve our influencer marketing, content creator initiatives, and community building for digital and TCG. This individual will play a critical role in managing and expanding our relationships with content creators in the Yu-Gi-Oh! community and identifying new opportunities to grow brand presence, deepen community relationships, and increase engagement across social platforms.

Create Strategy & Best Practices :

Support the development of creator strategies aligned to commercial brand priorities, campaigns, and social moments.

Oversee Influencer Programs:

Manage the day-to-day operations of both paid and organic influencer programs for digital and trading card titles. Build toolkits for greater creator engagement.

Evaluate and Optimize:

Assess the current Yu-Gi-Tuber and content creator programs, identifying areas for improvement, innovation, growth, and increased ROI.

Relationship Management:

Identify, vet, and recommend new creators who align with Yu-Gi-Oh!'s values, business goals, and cultural storytelling ambitions across key platforms.

Influencer Activations:

Plan, coordinate, and execute organic and paid influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, brand voice, and key game releases.

Market Trends:

Track creator trends, emerging voices, and platform shifts to inform future planning and partner selection.

Community Engagement & Amplification :

Work closely with creators to identify community trends and ways to improve our relationship with our wider community through targeted initiatives, better communication, and other industry best practices.

Community Champion:

Monitor Reddit, Discord, and other community sites for overall health, sentiment, trending topics, and emerging issues. Drive player feedback to share with cross functional partners to support campaigns, games, and products. Produce regular Community Feedback Reports (weekly +major event recaps) for internal stakeholders. Flag emerging crises or PR sensitive threads before they escalate.

Official Stream Representative:

Moderate and represent the brands as an official voice on streams (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) including chat moderation (with mod support), community interaction, and hype moments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging, legal standards, and campaign objectives.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs and analytics tools and provide upper management with regular performance reports and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of experience managing influencer marketing programs and community focused activations, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or TCG industries. Experience with platform-native storytelling and cultural trends in creator ecosystems. Deep familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, Discord, and Instagram, and other influencer ecosystems in the gaming community. Demonstrated experience building or managing an active gaming community on Discord, Reddit, or equivalent platforms. Passion for or experience with trading card games, especially Yu-Gi-Oh!, is highly preferred. Experience in creator contracting, community management, and agency management (where warranted). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with creators, players, and internal stakeholders.
