200661627-0836 As Community Investment Manager within the Environment and Supply Chain Innovation organization, you will work with a globally dispersed cross-functional team to shape and implement a high-impact corporate giving and partnerships strategy. This position ensures strategic alignment across multiple teams and priorities to support a comprehensive philanthropic approach.

  • Development of global and geographic-specific strategies — both long-term and time-specific
  • Shaping and refinement of grantee criteria; including impact and scale
  • Internal and external partner relationship management; collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Targeted research, including landscape analysis, impact assessment and opportunity mapping
  • Maintaining and leveraging knowledge of global current affairs and political issues
  • Manage change and implement new ideas effectively within the Apple culture
  • Analyze metrics and feedback to inform data-driven decisions to evolve community initiatives
  • Produce and maintain regular status reporting — providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Think strategically, translate big ideas into actionable plans, and implement with precision to achieve goals Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of direct experience in corporate philanthropy, non-profit philanthropy, community partnerships or government aid distribution Experience leading strategy in Social Impact, CSR, and/or non-profit engagement with an emphasis on partner management and crisis response Familiarity with Mac OS X and iOS Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Strong understanding of developing and refining criteria, driving scale and measuring impact Knowledge of global social impact landscape Ability to plan, communicate, handle, and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales Strong organizational and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail Highly self-motivated and self managing Flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented Strong written and communication skills Fluent using Apple technology tools (e.
g. Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Excel, pivot tables) Demonstrate ability to think ahead and take action to ensure success Proven ability to adapt to shifting objectives and priorities, and new challenges Established success managing complex external relationships and coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, from strategic analysis to execution, in ambiguous and fast-moving environments. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
