How YOU will benefit Grow your career in healthcare sales and outreach Make a real impact by connecting people to compassionate end-of-life care Engage with the community through events and networking Gain specialized knowledge in hospice care and related conditions Enjoy a dynamic, goal-driven role with autonomy and flexibility Be part of a mission-driven team that values dignity and compassion As a Community Liaison You will: Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM) Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time Follow all healthcare rules and regulations Benefits and Perks for You!
