• Part-time, Full-time Community Outreach Coordinator BrightStar Care of Charlottesville About the Role BrightStar Care of Charlottesville is looking for an energetic, people-loving Community Outreach Coordinator to be a visible, active presence in our community.

This is a full-time, field-based role for someone who loves being out among people, making a difference, and building real relationships across the Charlottesville senior care landscape. The primary focus of this role is planning and running community activities and events. Over time, you'll also learn the broader community outreach function and step in to support client onboarding and partner relationships as needed. If you want a job where no two days look the same and where your work directly improves the lives of seniors and families, this is it. What You'll Do Activities & Events (Primary Focus)

• Plan, coordinate, and run community activities and educational events
• Represent BrightStar at health fairs, senior living communities, and local gatherings
• Execute lunch-and-learns, info sessions, and caregiver workshops
• Track attendance, engagement, and outcomes Community Networking
• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and key liaisons at hospitals, hospices, rehab facilities, assisted living, and memory care communities
• Serve as a consistent, friendly face of BrightStar across partner organizations
• Collaborate with local nonprofits and senior-focused groups Client Onboarding Support
• Conduct living room visits with prospective and new clients as needed
• Provide a warm, professional first impression of BrightStar to families
• Support the smooth transition from inquiry to active care Cross-Training & Growth
