Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Support Worker (CSW) to provide Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) to individuals and families in home and community settings. The CSW supports clients in developing life skills, accessing community resources, and achieving individualized treatment goals while promoting independence and recovery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide skill-building services in home and community settings Assist clients with daily living skills, routines, and independence Support emotional regulation, coping skills, and social development Help clients access community resources (housing, school, employment, medical) Implement individualized service plans and treatment goals Provide coaching in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making Support crisis prevention and stabilization when needed Transport clients to appointments and community activities as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid requirements Collaborate with therapists, case managers, families, and other providers Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred Experience working with children, families, or behavioral health populations preferred Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in community settings Preferred Qualifications Experience with CCSS services Knowledge of behavioral health or trauma-informed care Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience with documentation and treatment planning Work Environment Services provided in office, home, school, and community settings Flexible scheduling based on client needs Travel required within service area Benefits Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid orientation Paid time off Paid training

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
