Community Supported Living - DSP (Direct Support Professional)

Stable Living LLP is currently looking for compassionate individuals to join our team! We are an assisted living company that offers supportive programs to adults with disabilities of all backgrounds. In the position we have available you would be a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working with individuals in our CSL (Community Supported Living) Program! This position is full-time with hours ranging between 8am to 8pm. There is always room to grow and move up within the company; we base promotions strictly on performance, attendance, and how you treat our clients. CSL is a program where our staff members go out to client homes and offer assistance in different areas of need. This can range from assisting with grocery shopping, getting out into the community for activities/leisure, cleaning, cooking, budgeting, keeping up on hygiene, keeping a schedule, appointments, completing minimal cares, etc. Each shift you may work with multiple clients ranging from 1 to 3 hours each client depending on their needs.

We are currently looking for Full-Time & Part-Time caregivers to join our team! Job Responsibilities Working in home shifts: Our client types vary on what they need from daily living skills, cooking cleaning, transfers, bathing, personal cares, etc. Behavioral intervention Available to work between the hours of 6a-6p and every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Encourage community integration and participation

• getting our clients out of the house to go for a walk in the park, movies, bowling, gym, community events, etc.

Understand and implement incentive techniques to allow clients to become successful in their care plan goals. We offer company vehicle to travel to client homes to provide care and transportation!
