What You'll Do:

As a Companion, you'll focus on building meaningful connections while supporting everyday routines and enhancing quality of life

• Escort clients to appointments, shopping trips, social outings, and faith-based gatherings Engaging in activities such as reading, conversation, television, cards, and simple games Planning, preparing, and sharing meals to encourage social connection Assist with light errands and shopping, with or on behalf of the client Encouraging walks and gentle daily movement as appropriate Follow care plans developed by our nursing team and report any changes or safety concerns Why Choose HomeWorks?
