Job Requirements:

Full-time or part-time availability, Monday - Friday, between 10am - 5pm Ability to drive to the members location Availability to work in Cohoes, Clifton Park, or Guilderland, NY Comfortable with clocking in/out electronically A compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy approach

Job Responsibilities:

Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members Active listening and conversation Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
