The Opportunity We're looking for a Compliance Analyst who can keep up in a fast-moving environment, stay organized, and jump between priorities without missing a beat. This is not a "sit back and wait for direction" kind of role. We need someone proactive, focused, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their work. If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and learning something new every day, you'll fit right in. You'll work directly with the Chief Compliance Officer to support the company's compliance efforts across multiple states and business areas. Depending on business needs, this role may also assist our Legal Department with legal case processing and related administrative support. Responsibilities and focus areas may shift over time, so flexibility and adaptability are important in this position. What You'll Do Assist with policy and procedure writing Support compliance monitoring and testing Help manage audits and examinations Review complaints and identify trends Prepare reports and documentation Monitor regulatory and industry updates Support training and compliance initiatives Assist with legal case processing and legal support tasks as needed Jump into special projects as priorities shift What We're Looking For Experience in a regulated or detail-heavy field such as banking, finance, legal, accounting, medical, property management, or similar A degree OR at least 2 years of related experience Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized Someone who is dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated Experience with legal research, legal documentation, or data analysis is a plus You'll Probably Love This Role If You… Like staying productive and challenged Catch details others miss Communicate clearly and professionally Learn quickly and take initiative Can shift gears without getting overwhelmed Enjoy balancing routine responsibilities with shifting priorities What We Offer Casual office environment and great coworkers Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Accident & Critical Illness Insurance Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Time Pay Depends on
