Compliance Clerk I

Nelson and Kennard, a busy Sacramento based law firm, is looking to hire a Compliance Clerk. The Compliance Clerk should be someone able to perform various administrative and analytical duties related to compliance and auditing. We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, trusting, takes pride in their work and has a professional demeanor. Must be able to multi-task, think critically and have exceptional analytical skills. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. Please note we are not looking for remote employees.

Duties:

In this position, the applicant will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks including but not limited to responding to client requests, running compliance reports, reviewing call recordings, and reporting complaints to clients. The candidate will work closely with management and should have experience working in fast-paced work environments, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
