Role:
The Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring full compliance with retail and big-box program requirements and all applicable city and municipal regulations. This role owns permit execution, job documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and process discipline across all retail and big-box jobs. Success is defined by zero audit failures, clean job files, timely permits and inspections, and proactive issue prevention. Why You'll Want to

  • Work with a company that operates at the speed of a start up with the investment backing of an institutional investor Key Responsibilities Submit all HVAC permits within required timelines for each jurisdiction Track permit status, inspections, and close-outs, maintaining accurate and current records Coordinate inspections and ensure timely resolution of any issues Maintain, update, and enforce permit-related SOPs Verify all required job documentation, including install photos, serial numbers, and job details Maintain weekly compliance reporting and metrics, reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager Identify recurring compliance issues and recommend corrective actions and process improvements Maintain Home Depot-compliant job folders for every install and service job Ensure technicians and installers consistently follow all SOPs and documentation standards Conduct daily morning communication with install and sales teams for each scheduled Home Depot job Ensure all required documentation is uploaded, completed, and sent for signature as required Debrief all install and sales jobs to confirm completion, documentation accuracy, and next steps Confirm all appointments via phone or SMS to ensure readiness and reduce cancellations Ensure documentation and close-out requirements are met to enable timely invoicing and payment May support receiving retail leads and prequalify leads through validation Enter all lead details accurately and completely into ServiceTitan Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in residential services industry Prior experience in working with retail or big-box programs Strong experience with permitting, compliance, and audit-driven environments Comfortable managing documentation, deadlines, and multiple jobs simultaneously Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms preferred
