Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Embark on a dynamic opportunity as an MRI Technologist, delivering high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced clinical environment. This contract role offers the chance to collaborate with skilled professionals and expand your expertise in magnetic resonance imaging technology.
Schedule:
Shift:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday Rotating call: Every third weekend, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Qualifications:
Active ARRT(MR) certification Current BLS certification Minimum of 1 year recent, hands-on MRI experience
Preferred:
Graduate of an accredited AMA school; registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Preferred:
Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT and a general radiographer
State License Responsibilities:
Perform MRI imaging for inpatients and outpatients under physician and departmental protocols Adapt imaging parameters for comprehensive studies of soft tissue, arterial systems, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with and without contrast media Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve diagnostic accuracy Maintain attention to patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the imaging process Accurately document patient data and adhere to quality assurance standards This is a 13-week assignment with immediate start available for the right candidate.
