Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract A leading hospital in eastern Nebraska is seeking experienced CT Technologists for a contract assignment serving a high-acuity, mixed-age population. The role is designed for reliable, driven professionals comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced Level 1 trauma environment.
Schedule:
Fri/Sat/Sun, 0700-1930 40 hours per week 13-week contract
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Active driver's license (used to verify residency outside a 50-mile radius per policy) BLS certification required ARRT-R certification required; ARRT-CT preferred Minimum of level 1 trauma and travel experience Ability to perform CT imaging utilizing Siemens equipment and Bracco contrast injectors Proficient in venipuncture Adaptable to float between the main and urgent care campuses as needed Familiarity with EMR (EPIC) and PACS (McKesson) Able to set and maintain priorities in a swiftly changing work environment Strong initiative, effective follow-through, and excellent customer service skills Patient population served: pediatrics to geriatrics, including emergent and operative cases (CTAs, hearts, perfusion) Compliance with fingernail policy (no artificial nails in patient care areas) Not currently employed (in any capacity) by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive CT imaging services with precision and attention to safety Participate in orientation (36-40 hours) and ongoing training as required Contribute effectively to the team and adapt to different imaging modalities if needed Deliver compassionate care to patients with varied and complex needs Demonstrate flexibility with hospital priorities and department protocols
