Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Join a high-performing radiology department providing essential CT imaging services using state-of-the-art Siemens Force and Siemens Def AS scanners. You'll work within a professional team focused on delivering quality patient care while utilizing advanced technology in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (staggered start times between 7:00-8:00 for both days and nights) Supervisors create schedules, with input for preferences (including block scheduling) Schedules are posted up to 8 weeks in advance Flexibility to cover occasional weekends or holidays as part of the regular rotation No call or standby requirements
Qualifications:
Current ARRT CT certification required Active BLS certification Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred, but first-time travelers are encouraged to apply Proven ability with starting and managing IVs Experience working with either Siemens CT equipment or willingness to train on it Comfortable performing a high volume of diverse CT studies (neuro, body, MSK, angio, interventional, cardiac)
Responsibilities:
Conduct approximately 100 CT scans per day, including neuro, body, musculoskeletal, angiographic, and cardiac studies Provide safe, accurate imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety Utilize EPIC for EMR and Change Healthcare for PACS Collaborate with an onsite supervisor, designated lead on each shift, and support staff, with radiologist support available in-house during the day Participate in a thorough orientation period with a dedicated preceptor (1-2 weeks)
