Qualifications & Experience:

Valid and current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT credential preferred) State licensure as required Demonstrated proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and performing diagnostic scans Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by physicians, maintaining attention to accuracy and safety Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining each step and ensuring comfort throughout the process Review and verify physicians' orders and patient identification prior to each procedure Adhere to established protocols for image acquisition and technical standards Monitor imaging equipment and report any issues promptly Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the radiology and healthcare teams for efficient workflow
