Concession Manager Reports to: Activities Director
Performance Responsibilities:
To order all inventory for the Concession sales for Fall & Winter sporting events scheduled between mid-August and March 1st. To carefully monitor concession inventory. To account for and to deposit with Account Payable Clerk all receipts from concession sales.
