Concierge In-House

ROLE As an Island Activity Company Concierge, your primary responsibility is to engage with resort and hotel guests to secure bookings for timeshare sales presentations while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist guests with planning memorable island experiences by providing access to tours, attractions, dining, entertainment, and recreational activities throughout the island.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To procure bookings for timeshare sales presentations.
• To conduct face-to-face marketing presentations sharing the benefits of attending a vacation ownership sales presentation.
• Welcoming guests through pre-arrival calls and island orientation invitations.
• Calling In House Guests for the purpose of scheduling a timeshare tour.
• Recommend and sell island activities and excursions.
• To complete required paperwork and data-entry accurately and completely for each booking/sale.
• Provide accurate information and exceptional guest service.
• Prepare guest arrival packets
• Complete a spectrum of responsibilities assigned by manager.
• Ensure the marketing process is adhered to once the initial training is complete.
• Maintain marketing results at an acceptable level as determined by management.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess excellent customer-relations skills.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the island and surrounding areas.
• Able to project a positive attitude and image at all times.
• Flexible with schedule and work time.
• Possess proficient knowledge of computer programs, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable speaking with guests in person and over the phone
• Develop product knowledge and show a learning aptitude to improve your performance.
• Reviews package & tour information with guests if needed.
