While experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles is valued, it is not required. Qualifications & Experience Ideal candidates will possess: 2+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise environments (preferred) Backgrounds in residential security, corporate security, technology, military, or law enforcement (a plus) Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to engage residents and guests professionally Ability to follow protocols and operate within a chain of command Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical fitness and ability to pass a readiness assessment Clean background and willingness to complete background investigation, polygraph, and drug screening Valid Tennessee Guard Card and Firearms Permit (required) Residence within commuting distance of Nashville Concierge certification (preferred but not required) Key Responsibilities Provide a visible, professional concierge-style security presence Enforce site-specific rules, policies, and procedures Monitor access control and ensure compliance with entry requirements Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and amenities Respond to non-emergency calls and assist residents and guests Observe, report, and document incidents, violations, and daily activity Assist with fire/rescue calls and emergency response when needed Support enforcement of HOA rules and community standards Maintain strong communication with property management and local agencies Deliver consistent, high-level customer service in all interactions Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and situational awareness. This role requires discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
