Concrete Finisher What We Offer:

This position is full-time, hourly, with weekly pay. Monday - Friday schedule. Benefits included are weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, paid holidays, year-round employment, time and half for snow pay, paid training, and company match 401k !

What You'll Do:

Instruct and direct the work of a crew to bring jobs to completion on time and within budget while maintaining accurate records. Perform all steps of concrete construction. Which includes tear out of any existing concrete or structures, basing, forming, finishing, and grading/seeding. Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment daily. Routinely interact with clients by way of introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, responding to client requests, and providing a walk-through at the job's completion.

Who You Are:

Experience in leading residential and or commercial concrete construction projects. Leadership is a must! Experienced in residential and commercial concrete construction. Experienced in all aspects of pouring and finishing concrete. Experience with stamp & dyed concrete is a plus. Experience operating equipment such as Skid-Steers, Concrete Buggies, & Excavators. CDL-A or B is a plus. Willingness to work as part of a team. Take pride in the quality of work produced. Have the work ethic & hustle to complete tasks within a time-sensitive schedule.

Must be willing to work within a team environment Must possess a clean driving record & a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation. Must be consistently on time & reliable. Must be physically able to perform duties. Must enjoy working outdoors year-round. Must be available for snow and ice removal in the winter. Must be willing to complete other varied duties as needed.
