The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, with the ability to read blueprints and execute projects with precision. This role involves working on various concrete structures, ensuring high-quality finishes, and collaborating with other construction professionals to achieve project goals. Responsibilities Prepare and set up job sites for concrete pouring, including forming and reinforcing structures. Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications. Operate tools and equipment necessary for concrete finishing, including trowels and floats. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Perform tasks such as tile laying, flooring installation, and hardscape work as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration. Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate various construction tools and equipment. Proficiency in blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans. Experience in related skills such as trim carpentry, plastering, welding, or flooring installation is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required by the job.
