Must be willing to work early mornings and late nights when necessary. Must be able to motivate and communicate effectively with 10+ employees and well as with other project superintendents.. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry, be physically fit, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the preparation and labor of concrete pours for various construction projects. Operate concrete saws, drills, and other power tools. Follow safety protocols while working with concrete and other materials. Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams. Coordinate the mix and pouring of concrete into forms or molds. Coordinate the finish of concrete surfaces using trowels, floats, and other tools. Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors for the scheduling of our jobs in correlation with the schedules provided in our contracts. Must also be willing to do the labor portion of the concrete pours. This job is not for a laborer position, but some labor is required. Estimating experience is a plus.
