Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Foreman to lead concrete crews on residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on concrete experience, and the ability to keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Plan and manage concrete pours, forming, finishing, and curing operations Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Train and mentor crew members Monitor quality control and job site productivity Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards Track materials, equipment, and labor usage Troubleshoot field issues and maintain workflow Requirements 5+ years of concrete construction experience Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of forming, rebar, finishing, and site preparation Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions OSHA certification preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential & commercial or large-scale concrete projects Bilingual (English/Portuguese/Spanish) is a plus Equipment operation experience preferred.
